What browsers are supported for transaction check recording?

The Transaction Check Recorder can be used to easily configure the steps that should be taken in a transaction check with no coding knowledge required. The Recorder automatically records clicks, form field submissions, and other commands that interact with a page to complete the steps in a transaction check.

Using the Recorder requires the most recent version of Google Chrome and the Uptime.com Transaction Recorder extension, which can be downloaded from the Chrome Web Store here.

Note that transaction checks can be manually configured using any browser, but Chrome and the recorder extension are required for using the recorder tool. For information about manually configuring transaction checks using any browser that can access the browser console, see our documentation here.
