Real User Monitoring is billed based on tiers, with each successive tier providing a higher number of data points that can be tracked per month. For example, Tier 1 includes 50,000 data points per month, Tier 2 includes 75,000, and so on. Higher tiers allow for a more comprehensive view of the user experience by capturing a greater volume of performance data. A single domain is limited to 20,000 requests per month. For example, monitoring 5 domains which each generate 20,000 requests per month would require a total of 100,000 requests allocated to your account.
Note that all RUM plans, regardless of tier, include 13 months of data retention.
